☆ Uso Comercial
✧ Artes destinadas à produtos, merchandise ou comercializada, haverá um acréscimo de +100% sobre o valor base do pedido.✧ Posso remover a marca d'água a pedido do cliente, mas é necessário os créditos em qualquer publicação nas redes sociais (por exemplo, mencionando meu @ na bio ou legenda).
☆ Pagamento
✧ O pagamento pode ser feito 100% adiantado ou 70% antes do início do esboço e 30% antes do envio da arte final, aceito PayPal e PIX (BR).✧ (não se aplica a thumbnails) Caso necessite da entrega em uma data específica, é preciso avisar com no mínimo 15 dias de antecedência. Para pedidos urgentes (com prazo inferior a 15 dias), haverá um acréscimo de 30% sobre o valor base.✧ A cada dois personagens o segundo sai por 50% do valor base✧ Comissões NSFW têm uma taxa adicional de + R$ 30,00✧ Fundos complexos vão ter um acréscimo de + R$ 30, mas isso é negociável
☆ Reembolso
✧ Caso o cliente solicite o cancelamento antes do início da encomenda, o reembolso será integral (100%), após o início da arte o reembolso será de 30% (válido para quem pagou 100% adiantado), e cancelamentos nas etapas finais da arte não possuem direito a reembolso.
☆ Geral
✧ Tenho o direito de recusar qualquer pedido de comissão que não siga meus termos de serviço ou por qualquer outro motivo.✧ Enviarei atualizações durante as etapas de esboço, lineart e pintura, com direito a mudanças, mas se após a aprovação do esboço, forem solicitadas alterações significativas, haverá uma taxa adicional de 50% do valor base.✧ Tenho permissão para publicar a arte final com marca d'água e utilizá-la em meu portfólio, exceto caso você peça previamente para que não.✧ A arte final será enviada em formato PNG via link do Google Drive.✧ O armazenamento e a segurança do arquivo após o envio são de responsabilidade do cliente, e não me responsabilizo por eventual perda da arte, então lembre de salvar e fazer o backup do arquivo em um local seguro.

✧ dizer ou insinuar que a obra é de sua autoria.✧ Remover, cobrir ou modificar minha marca d'água.✧ Utilizar a arte para treinamento de Inteligência Artificial ou para fins de NFT.✧ Utilizar a arte para fins comerciais sem que tenha pago as taxas de uso comercial.

☆ Important Notice

☆ Commercial Use
✧ Artwork intended for products, merchandise, or commercial distribution will incur an additional +100% fee on top of the base price.✧ I can remove the watermark upon customer request, but proper credit is required in any social media post (for example, by tagging/mentioning my @ in your bio or caption).
☆ Payment
✧ Payment can be made 100% upfront or 70% before starting the sketch and 30% before the final artwork delivery. ☆ Refunds
✧ If the customer requests a cancellation before the order has started, the refund will be full (100%). After the artwork has begun, the refund will be 30% (valid for those who paid 100% upfront). Cancellations made during the final stages of the artwork are not eligible for a refund.
☆ General
✧ I reserve the right to decline any commission request that does not follow my terms of service or for any other reason.✧ I will send updates during the sketch, lineart, and coloring stages, allowing for revisions. However, if major changes are requested after the sketch has been approved, an additional fee of 50% of the base price will apply.✧ I am allowed to post the final artwork with a watermark and use it in my portfolio, unless you ask me beforehand not to do so.✧ The final artwork will be delivered in PNG format via a Google Drive link.✧ Storage and security of the file after delivery are the customer's responsibility, and I am not liable for any loss of the artwork, so please remember to save and back up your file in a safe place.
☆ What NOT To Do
✧ Claim or imply that the artwork is your own work.✧ Remove, cover, or modify my watermark.✧ Use the artwork for Artificial Intelligence (AI) training or NFT purposes.✧ Use the artwork for commercial purposes without having paid the commercial use fees.
